Those who have been in the industry for 4 to 9 years reported salaries of $102,500 to $187,750. The best rates were awarded to those with 10 years or more of experience with salary rates ranging from $134,500 to $235,500.

Trial Lawyers

Trial lawyers work for both criminal and civil cases representing clients in court. You may have seen a scenario in movies where an individual is being represented in court by a trial lawyer. However, this is not the sole responsibility of a trial lawyer. Aside from formally being present in court hearings, trial lawyers are expected to conduct research with regard to a certain case.
